1. Who we are

NovaKit ("we", "us", "our") is a digital product marketplace selling Claude AI skill files for use inside Anthropic's Claude platform. We operate at novakit.tech. NovaKit is not affiliated with Anthropic.

2. What you're buying

When you purchase a skill or bundle from NovaKit, you receive a licence to use the downloaded .skill file(s) for your own personal or professional work inside Claude. You are not purchasing ownership of the file — you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it.

• Skills are delivered as downloadable .skill files — digital files that run inside Claude Projects
• Delivery is instant — your download link is emailed immediately after payment
• Skills require an active Claude account (free or Pro) to use
• Skills are in English and produce English-language output
• NovaKit does not guarantee specific business outcomes from using skills

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in USD. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card details — payment is handled entirely by Razorpay.

• Prices are one-time payments — there is no subscription
• Bundle pricing reflects a discount on the combined individual skill prices
• Currency conversion (if applicable) is handled by your payment provider
• All sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy

4. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund on all purchases — no questions asked. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 7 days of purchase, email us and we will process a full refund promptly.

5. Licence and permitted use

When you purchase a NovaKit skill, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the skill file for your own work. You may:

• Use the skill for personal or commercial work output
• Install it across multiple Claude accounts you personally own
• Use outputs generated by the skill commercially (blog posts, emails, pitches, etc.)

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the .skill file with others
• Upload the skill file to any public repository, marketplace, or file-sharing service
• Claim authorship of the skill file itself
• Reverse-engineer or extract the underlying instructions for commercial repackaging

6. Intellectual property

All NovaKit skill files, their contents, structure, and methodology are the intellectual property of NovaKit. Purchasing a skill does not transfer any intellectual property rights. The outputs you generate using the skills are yours — NovaKit claims no ownership of content you produce.

7. No warranty

Skills are provided as-is. We believe they deliver real value and back that belief with our 7-day refund policy. However, we make no warranties about specific business results, output quality for your specific use case, or compatibility with future versions of Claude. Claude's behaviour is controlled by Anthropic, not NovaKit.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaKit's liability for any claim arising from use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant skill or bundle. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance. We will never retroactively apply stricter terms to purchases you've already made.
